Caryl & Tom O'Gara Suite

The Caryl & Tom O'Gara Suite is a spacious three-room suite located on the second floor of the Great Room addition in the Main House, completed in 1970. Thoughtfully designed for families, friends, or couples traveling together, the suite offers the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and historic charm.

As shown in the photos, the suite features a bright and inviting living room with comfortable seating, creating the perfect place to relax after a day exploring Gettysburg. The adjoining kitchenette and dining area includes a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, sink, and dining table, making it ideal for extended stays or enjoying a quiet morning coffee.

The suite includes two private bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a luxurious king-size bed, elegant furnishings, and large windows overlooking the Inn's beautiful grounds. The second bedroom features two comfortable twin beds, providing the perfect accommodation for families or friends traveling together. Throughout the suite, large windows fill each room with natural light while offering peaceful views of the Inn's expansive lawn.

Additional amenities include two Roku TVs, complimentary Wi-Fi, and generous living space designed to make every stay feel like home.

The suite is named in honor of Caryl and Tom O'Gara, whose vision transformed the property into the Baladerry Inn when they welcomed their first guests in 1970. The name Baladerry was inspired by the Irish village of Baile an Doire (pronounced Bal-a-derry), reflecting the founders' appreciation for Ireland's rich heritage and timeless charm.
